Saturday, January 13th will be Females SC and RX
Sunday, January 14th will be Males SC and RX
- Teams of 2, same sex.
- Divisions will be RX and SC (standards similar to the CrossFit Open)
- 3 workouts guaranteed to everyone with the top 4 of each division moving onto the final workout.
