• CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Based on the principle of technique, consistency & intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement. Consistently good technique translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Program elements will include accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance & flexibility.
