Personal Training

We have clients who train with us to reach their weight goals. We educate them on the importance of nutrition but shift the focus from just losing weight to gaining new abilities such as pushups and pullups. Weight loss comes easily when you are having fun.

We can also help you train for a wide range of sports and improve your physical capacity for it. If you take your training seriously, we look forward to working hard with you to reach your physical potential.

Group Fitness Classes

CrossFit Boot Camp
CrossFit Boot Camp is a 12-session program designed to introduce newcomers of all ages, fitness levels, and athletic abilities to the basic CrossFit movements and skills.  Sessions run 1 hour, 3 times per week, over 4 weeks.  Emphasis is on skill development and technical accuracy to ensure safety and to promote optimal progress down the road. Intensity is gradually increased, and workouts become progressively more technical and challenging over the 12 sessions.

The next Boot Camp starts February 6th and runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 730PM.

Workout of the Day
These strength & conditioning fitness classes emphasize “constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity” (which means you’ll do lots of different things, get fit and have fun). These 1-hour classes consist of a warm-up, skill demonstration and coaching, and a workout of the day (WOD).
