We are located in Canmore, a beautiful town just outside Banff National Park. We get lots of guests from all over the world who come to ski, climb or just enjoy the mountains.
The drop-in fee is $20.00/class. However, if you purchase a $30 t-shirt we are happy to waive that fee.

If you’ve never done CrossFit, it gives us a chance to show you the core exercises and increase the intensity gradually with other beginners. If you’ve done CrossFit before, we will make sure that you’re performing the movements properly and efficiently.
We usually offer the intro program monthly, based on demand. If you have a group of 3 or more people, let us know and we can set up a private CrossFit Fundamentals for you.
Your attitude is key. Your determination to change and improve is key. If you think you can, we know you can.
There is ALWAYS a way to modify an exercise so that you will be challenged and progress.
Yes. We limit our class size to 10 people in order to give you good, personal coaching.
Yes. Reserve a spot for whichever classes you are able to attend.
If a class is full, please add your name to the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist and someone cancels their reservation, we will let you know by email that you have a spot in the particular class. The waitlist also allows us to see if we need to add more classes.
You can use the reservation system to cancel your reservation up to 1hr before a class. Within 1hr, please call or email us to let us know. Be considerate people waiting to workout.
We have 2 dedicated, signed spots in the upper parking lot. Additional parking is available in any of the unmarked parking spots or anywhere on the street.
Please do not park in any reserved spots of other businesses
Passes will only be put on hold if you let us know before you go away.
You can only put your pass on hold once per 3 months.
Maybe. If you are already a CrossFit Canmore athlete, as long as your doctor has not recommended that you stop exercising, we will modify the workouts for you. Come to workouts as long as it feels good to do so.
If you are not currently attending CrossFit Canmore, we recommend that you join us after your baby is born in our CrossFit Moms class.
