CrossFit Babies

CrossFit Canmore has a fitness program just for moms – bring your baby, bring your kids! Our Moms and kids classes are dedicated to pre-natal and post-natal women of all ages and fitness abilities. Each class includes a warm-up, skills training component, and an individually scaled workout. Come and experience professional coaching in a supportive group environment. Good for the body…good for the mind.
