  1. Most WOD’s will be RX, so build your team accordingly!! Some scaling options will be available for WOD’s on the pull up rig.

  2. Interested in the event if my schedule will allow me to come down. Only concerns would be the altitude and time cap if there is rx heavy work. My Grace time (rx 95lb for women) is good tho heavy single arm snatch may not be. Any advice on training would be appreciated. I am working on last year’s WODs now, and running hills w a 15lb vest. Thanks!

  3. Hope you can join us Kat! We design the workouts to be both challenging and FUN and to be achievable by everyone so there is always scaling options if needed. Keep up the training and running and you will be well prepared! See you in September!

  4. Hey again! Thanks for the reply! Also wondering if the reg fee is per person or per team? I am on a team of three and I have another from my town that is registering! Thanks!

  5. Just wondering if you can clarify the team WODs… are they to be done by each person or are they to be split up and done amongst the three members on the team? E.g. 50 KB swings each or amongst all three members? Also, for time caps, does it mean that if you don’t make the time cap you’re out or just out of any contending spot in the end (ie. can the team still finish the race)? Lastly, are there average times for the teams that finished last year? Just looking to benchmark ourselves as we train. Thanks!

  6. Hi again. One of our teams needs to change its team name. Can they log in to do so? Or do u change manually? Thanks!

  7. If we need to change a team member, how can we do that and how long before the competition can we change??

  8. is this event set up in a way that my wife and kids to come watch as we will be camping in the area and we’d like to plan accordingly.

  9. Three of the five events will take place within the stadium at the Canmore Nordic Centre. There is lots of room for your family to hang out and watch.
