Congratulations to everyone who did the workout “Murph” this week.  Many people expressed doubt before the workout but you all did great.  Everyone pushed themselves and hopefully everyone who doubted themselves has learned something.  I am proud of all of you and the progress you’ve made.

Most climbing videos are boring, but this may be the best ever made: Jason Kruk of Squamish on the offwidth (i.e. hard crack climb) “Boogie Til You Puke.” If you have a weak stomach, be prepared but definitely check out the commentary at 2:52.

    Hi there! We just wanted to thank you once again for the opportunity to work out with you this past week. Murph was a hard workout and both my husband and my legs were screaming at us afterwards!! We would have loved to have joined you more than the one time, but unfortunately our schedule didn’t allow it! It was great meeting you all this past week and hope to meet up with you again sometime!
