Timing our workouts gives us a way to compare ourselves to others and strive for constant improvement. Today, Hans (from Concept Ekilibre) came for a visit while on holiday in Canmore. He proceeded to set a new standard which we must all strive for.

In the end, it is your effort that matters most.  As OPT says, “Full effort = full victory”.
